Online orders can be processed by cheque or PayPal. Once the cheque arrives and is cleared at Auntie Em's the item will be shipped. PayPal automatically encrypts the customer’s confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When the customer’s information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded, physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so the customer’s private information is available only to authorized computers.

When your order is received it will be securely packaged and shipped within 5 business days using Canada Post. The cost will depend on the weight and destination. Outside Canada shipping is also available. Please advise if you require extra shipping insurance.

If an order arrives damaged please advise by email within 24 hours. Sorry no C.O.D.
